Placeholder: A quiet CSS scroll snap

This placeholder walks through a made-up scroll-snap layout. Replace this file when the real note is ready. The card preview should use these opening sentences. A fourth sentence stays on the article page and should not be required on the card.

The finished note would show a horizontal row of cards that snaps as you scroll, without dragging the rest of the page sideways.
